In a place the size of the ACT is is not difficult to imagine that some types of plates are always hard to come by. Motor-cycle Dealer plates are up there with the toughest with less than 300 plates (in total) made from 1981 to 1998.

	1950 to 1963 All requirements for Motor-cycle dealer plates were met by Car dealer plates.
	1964 to 1980 Between these years a combined plate was issued for all Motor-cycle and Trailer dealer requirements.
